01 . THE PREMISE
Most marketing problems aren't awareness problems.
They're follow-through problems.
You rarely need more noise at the top. You need fewer customers slipping out the sides, the ones who were already interested.

02 - THE PATH
Five places a customer leaks out.
Between wanting what you sell and actually buying it, there are five quiet exits. Most businesses are losing people at three or four of them right now.
P · 01
Not found
They search for what you sell, and a competitor shows up first, with more reviews and a clearer profile.
LEAKS AT THE SEARCH
P · 02
Not convinced
They land on you, but nothing tells them why you, why now, or what to do next. So they keep looking.
LEAKS AT THE CLICK
P · 03
Not answered
They call, message, or fill out a form, and wait. By the time you reply, they've already booked someone else.
LEAKS AT THE RESPONSE
P · 04
Not followed up
One quote, one touch, then silence. The "maybe later" pile is where most revenue quietly dies.
LEAKS AT THE FOLLOW UP
P · 05
Not kept
They bought once and liked it, and never heard from you again. The cheapest sale you'll ever make, left on the table.
LEAKS AT THE RETURN
03 - WHAT I DO
Plug the leaks, in the order that pays for itself.
Four jobs, mapped to the four biggest exits. We start with the one losing you the most, not the one that's most fun to talk about.
S · 01
Get found
Local SEO, Google Business Profile, and reviews done properly, so you show up when someone's ready to buy, not three results down.
S · 02
Get the click to convert
A site or landing page built to turn a visit into a call: clear offer, obvious next step, proof that you're the safe choice.
S · 03
Respond & follow up
Simple systems so no lead sits unanswered: fast replies, a short follow-up sequence, and reviews that compound over time.
S · 04
Keep them coming back
Email, referrals, and the unglamorous retention work that makes the next sale cost a fraction of the last one.
04 - METHOD
I follow one customer.
Same field-diagnostics approach as the rest of the practice, pointed at your customers instead of your operations. I don't guess at funnels. I walk the path a real buyer walks.
01 - OBSERVE
Shop you like a stranger.
Search the way your customer would. Find what they find. Call the number, fill out the form, and see how long the silence lasts.
02 - TRACE
Follow one lead.
One path (first click to closed sale) walked end to end. Every drop-off, dead end, and unanswered message noted and timed.
03 - QUANTITY
Price the leak.
"We should do more marketing" is easy to ignore. "You're losing roughly $11,000 a month at the follow-up stage" is not.
04 - FIX
Plug the biggest one first.
Build the few things that pay for themselves, in priority order. No twelve-month campaign that bills whether it converts or not.
WHY THIS MATTERS
78%
of customers buy from the first business to respond to their request.
HARVARD BUSINESS REVIEW
5 min
respond within five minutes and you're far more likely to reach a lead than at thirty.
LEAD-RESPONSE TIME RESEARCH
5×
cheaper, roughly, to keep an existing customer than to win a brand-new one.
WIDELY CITED RETENTION BENCHMARK
HOW WE START
Small. Measured. One leak at a time.
No retainer you can't see the value of. We prove it on one business, one leak, then decide what's next together.
01
A short diagnostic
A few days walking the customer path. You get a written read on where you're leaking and what it's costing, yours to keep either way.
02
Plug the biggest leak
We fix the single most expensive exit first, and measure the before and after so the impact isn't a matter of opinion.
03
Decide what's next
If it worked, we do the next leak, or the next business. If it didn't, you've lost very little and learned exactly where you stand.
A NOTE
I built SevenLeaks around one habit: standing in the wrong place, watching how work and customers actually move. Marketing is just the part of that flow where customers get stuck. If you run a business (or a few) and you've ever felt like the leads are out there but somehow not landing, that's exactly the leak I want to look at.

05 - LET'S LOOK
Find your customer leak.
Tell me a little about the business. I'll come back in writing within two business days, with where I'd look first, or an honest note if it's not a fit.
We can start with one business and one leak. No retainer, no twelve-month contract. That's the deal.
